Youth are the foundation and next generation of agriculture. Accelerated Genetics is excited to present these scholarships to its customer's families to ensure agriculture has a bright future!

Applicants or their parents must be currently active customers of Accelerated Genetics to be eligible for either college or high school scholarships.

College Students

Two $1,000.00 scholarships are awarded to students currently enrolled in a short course vocational technical college or a four-year university degree program. Supported by Accelerated Genetics, the collegiate scholarship program is for individuals who are currently in their freshman, sophomore, or junior year and are majoring in any agricultural field. The National FFA Organization organizes this scholarship program.

The Collegiate Scholarship application can be found by navigating to, clicking the "Programs" tab and then clicking on the "Scholarship" link.

The 2017 National FFA Organization Scholarship application will be available online from November 15, 2017 to 5:00 pm EST February 1, 2017. The required Signature page must be mailed postmarked no later than February 8, 2017.

High School Students

Accelerated Genetics awards four $500.00 scholarships to high school seniors planning to major in agriculture at a short course vocational technical college or four-year university. Any high school senior who has participated in FFA, 4-H, any of the various breed organizations or any agricultural organization is eligible to apply.

Fill out the application, save a copy on your computer with your name included in file name (ie. ‘John Smith Scholarship 2017.pdf’). If more room is needed for your answers, additional pages may be added. No more than 1 sheet per question. Please save the additional pages with your name on it again (ie: ‘John Smith Add 2017.doc’) as either a .doc, .docx or .pdf.
